General Information
The Natural Gas and Installation Technology Program at Iğdır University was established to train qualified technicians to meet the needs of the energy and construction sectors. The program offers practical education in technical subjects such as natural gas installation design, assembly, maintenance, and repair, aiming to equip students with both theoretical and practical knowledge. Language / Type of Education:
- The education in the Natural Gas and Installation Technology Program at Iğdır University is provided in Turkish.
- The program is offered as a daytime education. Students receive full-time education according to a set weekly class schedule.

Double Major / Minor Programs
Double Major Program: It offers students the opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree in another department of their interest in addition to their primary department. In this program, students can complete the courses of two different departments and graduate with a diploma in both fields.
Minor Program: It allows students to take a certain number of courses in an area of interest outside their primary department. Students who complete the Minor program are awarded an official certificate in that field, but this does not constitute a second bachelor's degree.

Exchange Programs
It offers students the opportunity to study at another university, either domestically or abroad, for a certain period of time. Thanks to these programs, students have the opportunity to learn about different cultures, develop their foreign language skills and gain international academic experience. The most common exchange programs include programs such as Erasmus+, Mevlana and Farabi.

Students who successfully complete the associate degree program and achieve a valid score in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) can pursue studies in the following bachelor's degree programs.
